My truck is making a weird noise it only happens at low speeds and it sounds kinda like styrofoam rubbing together coming from the left(drivers) front wheel possibly back but sounds like its right under me my mech checked the breaks and bearings said they were fine also said he greased up the bushings because sometimes the rubber rubbing together can make noise im all out of ideas as to what it could be... any ideas

 

maybe coming from the back now that its making the noise more often

 

The spare tire tite or is it moving a little bit to cause the noise? or could it be the leaf spring bushings?

 

i have a two door so no spare tire should i try spraying those with white lithium greese ?

Never heard the rear diff sounds like that before

 

i brought it back to my mech because it was making the noise all the time and just getting worse and he kept trying the bushings and then looked at my u joints on my rear axle one of them wasnt letting my axle move like it wanted to making it squeak it still kinda does it a little every once in awhile but i just had it done yesterday so it still might be settling
