What goes here? Front end mystery.

What goes in the bracket in the middle of the picture? This is the front of the drivers side lower control arm. I’ve looked and looked. Anyone?

For an aftermarket steering stabilizer.

theres a pic somewhere in my 99 blazer build thread of one installed. Zr2s came with one.
