Default wheel wobble....

All right well today's adventure I have an issue with my passenger side front wheel. I have 22s on my ride so I figured these didn't help the situation. I just got some new tires on the front and that day in the evening I started hearing a noise and it was almost like I had a rock in the tire and I could feel the vibration. I jack the car up and grabbed my passenger front wheel and it shakes I can move it around a little bit then I parked it. My question is I know that I need to replace the tie rod ends I do believe I'm not real familiar with the arms and rides up front my question is do I need to replace all the arms and bars and rods up front will probably not be a bad idea huh Can somebody give me a list of everything that needs to be replaced or would be a good idea to replace because I want to do it right. I just got wheel hub assembly not long ago on that wheel so can somebody please give me some advice? Thank you

Best thing to do is have somebody move the steering wheel back and forth while you watch for slop in any of the moving parts. Then, jack the front end up, grab each wheel at 12 and 6 o'clock, and try to move it back and forth. Any movement here indicates bad ball joints or hub bearings. But, since you already replaced the hubs... If it wobbles, you can have your assistant do the wobbling while you watch to see where the movement is.

Idler arms and ball joints are pretty common wear items on Blazers.

Tires were changed, the problem suddenly started= a bad tire. Saw it happen on a motorcycle-a huge crack inside the tire casing caused the tread surface to distort. The tire series was recalled.

Lift the wheel. Put a pointer near the face of the tread and rotate the wheel- see if the tread moves in and out or side to side with respect to the pointer. ( I use a brick-point the corner of the brick at the tread). A defect can cause the tread to warp and has the effect of changing the direction of the wheel when that defect contacts the road because the tread suddenly changes direction.

Since that bad cycle tire I always inspect the tires inside before buying then.

There's a very likely chance your lower ball joint on the passenger side is worn out. Like the other guy said, that's very common on the s10 Blazers given their age now. I just replaced all my ball joints on my 2 door Blazer and all the wobble and shaking I had went away. Check all your suspension parts while you're at it. Get a crow bar and pry at your moving pieces a bit. Shouldn't need to use a lot of force to check it. Every thing should be solid. If you have any play, you need to replace it.

Tires changed and then you got clicking sound and looseness?
If not already done when checking for clearance and wobbling. As a first I'd remove the wheel and check the mating surfaces wheel to hub. Had one shop once put my wheels back on with a washer stuck on the mating surface of the hub. How it got there absolute mystery.
Check the tire for punctures, wedged in stones etc.
Then check all the wheel bolts and put wheel back on. Use a torque wrench. Seen bolts with stripped threads making the wheel loose and broken studs/bolts.

Then, if positive that it fits correctly you can evaluate the tire by spinning that wheel. Check for how round it turns. Vertical and lateral runout of the tire. After that you can start checking for clearance and looseness in the steering. Also re-check tire balancing. Not the first time something as stupid as a lost balancing weight upset a ride.

For the steering components go with Tom A's advice. If you can support the Blazer properly and safely I usually check by placing thumb and index on opposite sides of the various joints in order I can feel both parts edges and rattle the different rods and bars. If worn out badly you can feel the movement of the joints against each other.

Most common as RedValor said, lower ball joints of the suspension and outer ball joints of the steering. As you are already there, also check the rubbers in the supports of the stabilizer bar.
