Oh haha I crawled under again and waalaa I noticed it was a sway bar link.
So it does look bad? How hard is it to replace and how much?

It looks like the sway bar end link bushings are shot... luckily they aren't expensive or difficult to replace. Just make sure you get the torque spec right or the truck won't handle right

When I replaced mine a while back, the only nut was the one that looks like a funny washer, and I have helped change a couple friends too, and unless they all lost the second nut, I don't think it exists. Haha. I would also recommend soaking the bolt, bushings, EVERYTHING right there in PB Blaster for a day or so before you do it. Since I was doing the bushings at the frame too, I pulled the whole sway bar and ended up clamping it in a vice and pounded on the bushings and the plastic grommet things to separate them from the sway because where they were seized. Gotta love things that are exposed to road grime!!

you can get better aftermarket polyurethane swaybar end links for about $25 for both sides. Advance/autozone etc can order em for ya.
