Well ive been on the west coast for almost 2 months now and only finally made it out yesterday to explore some of the FSR's....forgot the camera so only got a few pics with the phone, but found some wicked trails, wish there was a map of them there are so many that turn off of each other. Love the signs that say *rough 4x4 road...drove this road and the only tracks i could see were quad tracks..drove up to the top of a mountain (Where the pics are from) and then down the backside a bit to a lake and what is there, 15 minutes down some trail off of a forest service road...a cabin and a big yurt....this is down some trail that i barely made it back up the hill in the blazer...right in the middle of nowhere.....Needless to say im trying to track down a map of some of these roads, the other one i went went up a mountain but theres still a ton of snow out here and went up high enough where the trail was still under snow, so will have to go back later......a few weeks ago went down a fsr thats a shorcut to a highway and theres some old man in his cadillac stuck in the snow...this was the middle of june to.....NO idea what he was thinking......but looking into these roads some more and found a few that look promising, will get more pics when i head out next.....Oh ya, this other FSR.....drive down....and there is a diving board (look close in the pic) and then a floating dock made of logs to suntan in some pond....I know where im goin on a hot sunny day..the other 2 pics are on top of a mountain

haha it runs fine at the altitude, only been up to about 1000m so not super high. and theres no way can do a blazer khana in the snow here, its basically you go up a forest service road brushing bushes on both sides you hit the snow and its instantly 4 feet deep and if you slid you would slide 1000feet off the side of a mountain, haha...if i find some wicked climbs or spots i will for sure get some vids though !
