Exclamation Ls-zr2

I have a '98 Blazer LS Vortec V6 with the stock suspension. I really want to put a ZR2 suspension on it but I'm not sure where to go to get this done as far as purchasing goes. Any help is appreciated. If I can get some pricing too that would be awesome.

You can go to your local junkyard/s and see if they have any ZR2's that have everything your looking for.

hey buddy zr2s have bilstein shocks different leafs and a wider stance also skid plates and alot of the other parts have to be different also because you have to order parts zr2 specific overall they set 2inches higher and wider and they also have a lower geared diffs 3:83s instead of 3:73s

Short answer is no you cant do this.. but if you really wanted to spend alot of money and have all the mods done to your frame could be done, but not at all worth it. i asked this question a while ago and and the answer i got is that the way the ZR2 suspension mounts up to the frame is completely different than a regular blazer. i thought the only parts you could take from a ZR2 and put on a normal blazer without mods where the leafs but according to jacked up that would be wrong and he is probably right.

If your trying to be more like a zr2, goto the yard and find a zr2 and get the axle's off, fender flares, and then buy either a body lift or suspension lift. That'll get your wider and taller stance. Just my .02.

Default LS Body on ZR2 Frame?

Hey fellers, I have a question... I found a rolling chassis of a ZR2, will my engine, tranny/transfer case, body and everything else bolt right up to it? heres the kicker.. i have a 97 LS blazer, this ZR2 blazer chassis is a 99. i'd hate to throw $500 in the trash and rip my ride apart for nothing!
