i have a 96 s10 blazer, and the passenger side is sagging no matter what i do ive gotten two different tbars from a junkyard and neither helped the key bolt is cranked all the way in, and on the drivers side its only about halfway in.
Heres some pics oh and also all the shocks are toasted waiting on snail mail to drop off the new ones.

Shocks wouldn't make it lean even if they are worn. They only dampen. If you're positive it's not your tbars, I would check body mounts and leaf springs. If a leaf is cracked, it can cause the gangster limp. May want to check tire pressure as well just to be sure. Last thing I can think of right now would be bushings.

Thanks for the reply tibby the tires are all at 35psi and the leafs seem fine.
If I measure the lower control arms on level ground they are exactly the same, but from the top of the fender to center of the wheel the passenger side is lower by half an inch.... so body mounts? What about ball joints could they do this.
