Default safe to lower 4 wheel drive, and cheapest way to raise a 96?

I'm bored of the stock appearance.

I want to either raise or lower it.

I want to know if it's safe to lower a 4 wheel drive, as well as the cheapest way to raise it.

Search Torsion bar crank and you should get a good how to write up. You can do the opposite to lower the front end and use blocks to lower the rear, or shackles to lift the rear. cheapest route.

You can even use the search bar in my signature
