Is this setup to much for my 4.3L TBI?

Is this setup to much for my 4.3L TBI?
I have come to my decision on how I want my suspension to be. I am just worried my stock 4.3L would be bogged down by it. I do plan on getting a new TB, TB spacer, Headers, high flow cat, and probably either eliminating the muffler, or getting a high flow one too. I am going to upgrade the wires, ignition and all that jazz as well.
3" Perf Access body lift
5" Trailmaster Suspension lift.
and 35x15.50 TSXs for tires.
I love the look of this blazer.... and I want to emulate it to a degree. I don't like the paint, or the hood though.,,, would changing my rear gears help?

You will definitely need to change your gears to run 35's. Someone posted a link to a gear calculator for running larger tires. I'll see if I can dig it up. If not, I'm sure someone will beat me to it.

There is some talk about in the general tech forum. The link for the calc is at http://www.4wheelparts.com/4wp/ORS/gear_calculator.asp .

Ok, so I need to switch to 4.10 gears? Did I understand that correctly?

not only will you have to switch gears in the rear, but the front also. Also, the front IFS unit is sealed I believe, making changing the gear very difficult. A solid axle front would be better off road, and will be a lot less likely to snap parts constantly. The cases of the IFS units are also only meant for 31's at the most, those being the ZR2 units, the cases will crack and fail under torque, some have even had the failure occur in 2wd. Lots of S-10s have been converted to solid-axle, check out S-10 Extremist.org -Click
The 4.3 with all the mods you listed and new gears will definitely be able to handle that setup, probably wont be as quick, but will handle it fine. The most important part is the regearing.
Its kind of funny you mention that Blazer, it was featured in 4-Wheel Parts magazine "Off Road Adventures". If it is the same one, he lives in my area, I have seen it once on the highway and it is HUGE (huge for an S-Series)
