Default Stablize the suspension

1999 S-10 Blaze and want to stabilize the rocking back/forth tendency. New shocks helped but didn't help that much. Would a stablizer bar (duh) help and what kind etc?

you should already have "sway bars" in the front and rear. I know my rear sway bar end links broke so my rear sway bar didn't work. I ended up just taking it off because I don't mind the rocking back and forth. your front sway bar bushings may also be worn out making the sway bar not as affective. The rear sway bar is right behind the axle and the front sway bar is connected to both lower control arms in the front.
