I will be getting a 93 s10 blazer soon so I can beat it on the trails but I was wondering could I possibly crank the tbar to 3 inches? I could make mounts and everything for the ball joints but I'm not sure if you could even crank it that high.

 

Might be possible with torsion keysbut your CV's would be toasted. What ya could do is fab up some drop brakets for whole front suspension, but that might be a ton of work.

 

Crank the torsion bars as high as they will go, drive it till it breaks, then do a solid axle swap.

Thats funny because I was originally gonna do a SFA but I was steering away from that because it would be a lot of work so I just want to tuck some big meats under it.

 

Then your best bet would be to install a 3" BL, cut the fenders and run 33's.

 

I'm not really into BL over 2"s , but I do want to put 33's on it. Would that be possible with a 2" tbar crank and a 2" BL

 

Also can you fill me in on what the CV's are, it just slipped my mind what it means.

 

I think you could probably pull it off with a 2"BL and 2" Tbar crank and shackles in the rear and maybe some trimming. A CV is a constant velocity joint, it is what the front axle uses so that you can have a more car like suspension.
