The 265/75/15 is essentially the same size as a 31x10.5x15. You can search all over the forum for people's experience with tires this size. Short answer: Without lifting with either a body lift or suspension lift at least 2" you will likely rub the frame and the rear of the front fender, and possibly the sway bar.

I have a 2" lift and 265/75r15 and they still rub on the frame, granted I drive a 2WD so a 4x4 might have different experiences.
