are these considered 28 in tires?
i measured them today out of curiosity

did you mean, 27 to 27.5?

as in, taller than 27 but shorter than 27.5?

235/70r15?

i meant 27 inches to 27.5 inches in height
is that considered 28 inch tires?

That would be considered a 27" to 27.5" tire... But I do not believe that there are are standard sized tires that are that size, only metric sized tires.

The factory tire size (235/70/15 or 235/75/15) are respectably 28" tall.. your tires must not be new...
