So what you are stating is that you do not know if previously lifted.

An easy way to see if anything was screwed with would be to measure the length of your shackles. if someone threw a lift on there, good chance shackles were added (not 100% though...). search for the thread requesting the shackle demensions from last week. compare yours to that. one quick way to check...

you might also want to compare the height from center of your wheel to the lip of your fender. if there is lift there, it could be a cranked-to-the-max torsion bar and worth checking out since you will soon know that you are stressing out your front end (unknown to you) when your front suspension goes belly up by way of spent components...

I'm not saying it's not stock height lol....it could very well be. I'm just skeptical since all other evidence I've seen on the site points to the fact that 31's won't sit on stock height...let along 31x10.5's. Those are BIG tires to be jamming on a stock heigh ride lol.

i'm gonna go ahead and say it doesn't look stock height and I do not believe it to be stock height. not saying he's lying or anything stupid like that, just saying by all accounts, you would have "only some rubbing" after a lift with the 31x10.5's. everyone else gets "major rubbing" if they go less than 3" up from what i have read.

that's funny that these 2nd gen's rub so easily. i was running 31's on my '92 and it was totally stock. while it did rub on full lock (on bumps/driveways), this only happened if i was really moving (say, doin' 40 into a parking lot entrance).

31x10.50s on stock rims WILL rub the frame/sway bar links at full lock (at least on a 2nd gen). With a Tbar crank and a 2" body lift what they won't do is rub the fenders. I had 31x10.50s on stock rims on my '96 2dr 4wd Jimmy (no shackles). Nothing rubbed except the frame at full lock. I plan on the same thing for my current '04 4dr Blazer except I have shackles this time.
