31's good on a 3in lift?
Im getting a 3 in body lift and wanted to get new rims and tires as well. If i got 15 in rims with 31 in tires on em will they rub?

If the rims are stock 7" wide with 6" backspacing then no... they will not rub.

Yes 33's will rub. If I remember correctly, you'll need 6" of lift for them to not rub.
