Default 4x4 with 2wd wheels and 265/70/16 tires

So I came on some NICE General Grabber AT's, 265/70/16, and I may have a chance to get some nice aftermarket aluminum 5 spoke wheels, but what's worrying me is they're a 2wd S10 offset... So what I'm curious of is if anyone has ever ran 2wd offset 16" wheels on a 4x4 with 265/70/16's and where and how bad did they rub?

I may already have another set lined up, some 5 spoke chromes off a Firebird I don't like chrome, but hey I'm pretty good with a rattle can LOL

If it was lowered it would prolly be worse. Just got off UTube looking at some Brazillians with big wings, tires way too offset, Lund visors and pipes that look like tractor pullers. But not to laugh at ya cause I did the same thing when I was in high school.

I've seen a few blazers with firebird wheels and as long as the tires are proportionate I don't see anything wrong with the look of them. I do believe you may need to run spacers in the front with them tho but I could be wrong. Oh and by the way I don't think he's in high school anymore but I could be wrong about that to!

Yup Rex been finished with the bricks 45 years. @Red measure the back space of both wheels, and subtract the difference. My guess would be about 2 inches in favor of the 4wd wheels. Spacers can go to about 1/4 in adapters start at about 1in and go out to maybe 2 3/4. Im thinking you can get them wheels out 4, 5 inches, add an inch more rubber. Yeah baby!

lol I've been out of highschool for almost 10 years now...

like I said, not a fan of chrome, but blacked out may not look half bad. I dunno, being on a red truck, maybe the chrome will fit. if I get them I'll probably get the mounted and leave them chrome and then decide once they're on the truck. Not really a bid deal to throw the stock wheels and tires back on and scuff up and paint the wheels with the tires still on them

these might actually might look decent

just mounted the two up today since my buddy that's selling me the wheels had to bring them in and pull his drag slicks off them lol so I figured while he had them here, might as well mount two of the tires up to them. it'll be a couple weeks before I can throw them on the Blazer though, gotta wait until next paycheck to buy the tires :P and I already scavenged up some chrome lug nuts and a set of locks to throw on them, since the lug nuts holding the factory wheels on are just those open faced lugs that the plastic cap threads onto...
