I forgot to mention that a little more information about your Blazer would be helpful, too. Is it a 4WD or 2WD? That is another factor.
What we try to do here is go into our profile and place the information about our particular vehicle in our signature. That way when we post a message everybody can see which vehcile we are talking about. Your subject title does a pretty good job of providing information.
Just trying to pass some hints along to you. It makes it easier on all of us. Since Hanr3 is running 30x9.5 I may try that on 99 Blazer (won't need tires for another year or two). Last tires I bought was when my wife drove the Blazer and our tires needs are a little different. I would like to do a 2" body lift for the looks. I doubt I get this past my wife, but I'll try soon.

i had 31x 10.5 on 1. stock w/o rubbing. 32's require lift.

The Biggest I COuld Fit On My 01, 4x4 Was A 245/70R16 (29.5" Tall) Witch Is Like = To A 30x10.5 On A 15" Rim...... And That Was Fully Cranked Both Ways And I Had Like 1/4" Clearance......
