Default 96 4dr blazer 4x4 lift and tire question

I am weighing my options on either a 2.5 inch lift with LT235/75R15 or a 6 inch lift with 33X10.5R15LT tires. I don't want to have to do a bunch of cutting (if any) on the fenders to make the tires work so I am trying to figure out if either of my options will even be plausible. any help would be much appreciated.

Default 235/75-15

235/75-15 will fit with no lift. I just put 235-75 on 15x7 with tbars cranked up wit 2in shackles 98 jimmy
