If you can find some way to mount the caliper, probably. I am not aware of any bolt on kits. To move up to a larger rotor, you will need a bracket to move the caliper out to the proper positioning. The steering knuckle is very different between the two, obviously.
Another thing you will have to worry about is the brake bias which will dramatically change with larger brakes.

Backspacing might be off due to 2wd/4wd, but all the ones with lug nuts should be the same bolt pattern...
As for the brakes... As long as you can mount the calipers it should work...
I'd love to do the swap myself, but I highly doubt they'll fit the stock rims, lol.
Which I'd rather not lose, as I like to play in the mud...
