Will 30x9.5x15 fit on my stock 99 blazer rims? And will they fit under the truck with no problems?

no rub
they are almost exactly the same size as stock just usually put you into a much more aggressive treads
switching to the Iroc wheels once the wearher warms up enough for me to paint them
