Default fitment issues

Ok i have decided to spend the extra money and get a 2in. body lift. I also am buying new wheels because i have a new set of BUCKSHOT XMT Mudders i dont want to go to waste. anyways here are the wheels i'm looking at getting. They are 15x8 with the 5x4.75 bolt circle with 4.750in. of backspacing and +6.00mm of offset. With the lift and the tires being 31/10.50/15 will I have any rubbing issues?
