If your talking about $400 for a set I don't think you will find it But I see a lot of people run M/T.

you aren't going to find 31" under $100 a tire. I got my dakota m/t's for $127 a tire and the 4th free so I guess that is under $400 after the rebate. you can get them at pep boys

Look at some of the off brands made by some of the big boys in the game. The only one that comes to mind at the moment is MasterCraft made by Cooper.

Though, I did get some Cooper STT's a few years back for $93 each. Of course, that was knowing the guy pretty good and getting a bit of a discount because we bought all of our work truck tires from him. Oh, and that didn't include mounting and balancing because I did that back at the shop.

Walmart just did roll backs on there Goodyear Authority 31's for $125 not sure how good the tire is but that's the lowest I seen. I know if I had my lift done I would try them out.

Just to add something else, if you are trying to find 31's for less than $100 a pop, don't ever plan on going up to 33's. I plan on spending $200 X5 whenever I get the urge to get another set of tires.

Along with the MasterCrafts and the such. You might look for Sport King AT's, owned by BF Goodwrench IIRC. I found a set of those for around $450 mount and balenced at a heavy machine shop that also did light trucks. But never got to them and went with my current tires for $520 mounted and balenced. But they only make them in one size...
