Default Help choosing rims!

This is my first 4x4 and I have read on the forums how some rims will stick out more or some need to be filed down. I think I did too much reading and got more confused! I like these rims from a 1st gen and can get a good deal on them but not sure if they will fit a 98 4x4. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
