Figured my luck would be I would leave and come back and the arm would be off, and then in the store lobby with a $400 price tag on it so I just pushed it backward till those bolts pulled through and off I went.
You do what you gotta do! Lol

They let you bring in a Sawzall? They gave me a hell of a time when I tried to bring in a 5 gallon compressor and my air impact

I see this is a little bit older thread and I'm not sure if it totally applies to me but.... do I have a driver side wall mount in my Bravada for the spare tire vertically? I found a long mount bolt with a giant washer on it that would look exactly like the interior bedside mount for my Ford F-250 long box. this was in the jack compartment complete with the brand new original hi-vis gloves and red plastic floor mat from the dealer LOL. how do I find the mounting socket?

I went to take one of those interior tire mounts out of a 2 door and mount it in a 4 door, and did not have the mounting locations, so I think it would have to be welded in or retrofitted. I do not think that the interior tire mount was optional in the 4 door.(blazer, jimmy or bravada)

so good call because as I looked at stuff better today I figured out that the mount bolt I was seeing was simply to tighten in the Jack to the wall. grrr.
