Default need adapter help!

Hi all long time no post. As the title says I need help finding adapters. I have a set of 20x9 rims that are 5 lug universal that came off of an 00 impala. This is the second set of rims that wouldn't fit but I don't wanna give these up. Can you guys reffer me to a quality company for adapters and how much spacing do you roughly estimate me needing. I know the front will poke I just would hope not a lot

That's going to depend on how much backspace the wheels have and also what size tires you are going to be running? Are you putting these on a 4wd or 2wd? Do you need adapters or just spacers? I dunno the bolt pattern of an Impala so maybe you could give us that info also?

Lol well duh! You bring up valid points sir... 4x4 right now the rims are on 25s Im gonna run them on these tires until I save up enough to go 30s (I have a 3" drop) as for the lug pattern I need to measure the bolt pattern on the wheels they are 5 lug universal but the bolts seem just a tad to wide. I had a set that went on my old Lexus that was just that fraction off I believe 5x120. I want to take it to a wheel shop but I know they are gonna try n bend me over just for adapters alignment and balance
