new tires for the ZR2
I currently have 31x10.5r15 on my 2000 ZR2 blazer but there not a very aggressive tire. I was wondering what other people put on theres I dont take it off road very much but i will go play in the mud every now and then and i do like the look of an aggressive tire. Any suggestions on tires im not looking to spend a whole lot definetly not over $150 a tire.

GENERAL GRABBER AT2's. 50 bucks cheaper per tire than the BFGs, with a 65,000 mile warranty.
(don't fall for the 'BFG ATs have won the Baja 1000 for 20 years' stuff....you're not running the Baja

All BFGoodrich® tires have a limited warranty, which covers defects in workmanship and material for the life of the original usable tread or for 6 years from date of purchase, whichever occurs first.

Its all about how much you want to spend. We have all argued this one to death, and what it comes down to is 620 ish for BFGs and around 400 ish for AT2 grabbers. They both are great tires and I have owned both. Like I said its mainly about how much you want to spend.

Its more about where you want to go.
If its a street queen, buy what ever you want.
If you use it anywhere off-road, pop for the extra protection. No one warranties a sliced side wall. Plus getting a tow truck into the middle of nowhere isn't cheap.
I wish my camera/pc connection wasn't messed up. I would download a back country excursion I took. In the mean time, here's a video of my 30" BFG in 8" of fresh snow. I made a lap in the fresh snow, then made a second lap so you could see what I just drove through. Check out the plow bankI drove through after cresting the little 10' hill. You know how tall your bumpers are, in one of the last shots you see the snow packed between my bumper and grill guard.As you can see, the BFG didn't even break a sweat.
