as big as you can afford!!! need more info, 2wd or 4x4? lowered stock lifted?

I assume it is stock height and 4x4 so the largest stock should be a 30" tire without a lift of some sort (body/suspension lift). The most common 30" tire for our trucks is a 30x9.5x15. Hope this helps.

i see alot of 20's on blazers but im not sure if you can go bigger or anything.... im good with tires, not rims...lol

Oh, I didn't notice this was a rims question, my bad. however I would think that the largest rim that will fit a tire with overall diameter of 30", this would be for a stock 4x4. Just my thoughts, not sure if it would completely work but the width of the tire couldn't be any larger than 9.5-10.5 inches.
