try painting only parts of the wheel.
if you load a pic you like then i am sure it could photo chopped for you with some ideas.
i would help ya out with that if you have a pic and i have some time.

btw...always liked the look of the "classic" style wheels.

 

I would love to do it just like that, but, the lip of the wheel looks just as bad as the face :/
