you could with some beatin and bangin or some cuttin. you could do a 2" body lift and a 2" suspension or 2" body lift and crank your t-bars and add-a-leaf/shackles.

Check the suspension lift kits. Most recommend 6" of lift to fit 32" tires.
However if sheetmetal isnt important, you can trim off the offending areas and slap some pocket flaps on it.
