What size rims stock on '93 s15 jimmy
In the summer I am looking ti possibly upgrade the rims on my jimmy s15 4x4.
From what I have gathered they are 15x7. What bolt pattern, and Do I need a specific offset since its 4wd? Since the truck is black, looking for something black. thanks!

From what I understand, yeah.I hear a lot about people using Camaro or Firebired wheels.
My only concern with different wheels is the back spacing. With 4x4's not so much.
Right now I have several 14" Chevelle or Malibu wheels that have more back spacing.
I bought these thinking I would restore them for my wifes s10 blazer but she said oooh no.The point is they will fit but it just depends on your taste.

the less backspacing, the farther the wheels will stick out. stock wheels have 6" backspacing.
less backspacing and you will possibly run into issues with the fenders, depending on tire size, wheel width (if you go wider wheels) and backspacing

Not to mention bearings.I have worked on several on these that looked so cool but the owners couldn't keep up with the cost of bearings or installation.
I have seen several junked because they couldn't figure out how to fix them.
Big tire's on wheel that stick out is like putting a cheater pipe on a breaker bar.
More leverage wears them out quicker.

if u run a 15x7 wheel with a 4" backspacing u wont run into problems like bearing problems, bad wear, and rubbing as long as u do the same size tire u have now or maybe on size bigger. but if u go bigger than that ul have issues with rubbing.
