They might be from a 2WD vehicle so they'd stick out more, I think.

Yeah they don't look like 4x4 backspacing. As long as they're not like 10" wide (they dont appear to be) then your tires shouldn't have a problem fitting on the wheels.

I might be a little hesitant since I think you already have 30x9.5(?) and lower offset wheels like that would push them out. Rear tires will be fine but you may run into rubbing issues with the front at the bottom edges of the fender.

If you have access to someone who can mount/unmount tires for you, I'd say it's worth $50 to try it out. If you have to pay to get them mounted, run into problems and then have to remount your stock wheels, you could easily spend more than the cost of the wheels.

they look like american racing wheels, these to be exact

http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ARE-625861/

there are also the same ones with 6" backspacing

Edit: woops double post... and now judging by the lip those are probably the 3.75" backspacing ones the 6" ones don't have a big lip like the ones you posted

Are there any little screws going around the rim on the section between the spoke section and wheel flang section? If so they could be Rock Crawler series 88's or Cragar 320's. Its hard to tell from the picture quality.

I believe you're right DKsDAD, they're the Rock Crawler 88's.
