wheel spacers

If you're still in high school temper your enthusism for modifying your vehicle. Good advice would be to spend you money towards improving the trucks reliability. New STOCK tires new shocks, battery. windshield wipers and brake pads. All the stuff that doesnt tickle the I wanna button. From an old geezer with love.

Looking at what was said earlier, i think the back tires are a TOTAL of 1.5" narrower than the front. So only go with spacers in the back that are .75" wider than the front at the most. If you go 1.5 inches on each side it will look silly IMO. My friend put 1" spacers in the rear of his blazer and that was even too much.

I painted my wheels black and I really like it. I tinted the front windows black, debadged verything except the "blazer" emblem on the back, which I painted black. The plastic bumper piece will be off soon, it is cracked anyway. I will also be bedlining the rockers and bumper/grille soon. I'm getting rid of all the chrome.
~ I also painted the rear wiper red, the front wipers black, the roof rack black, and some interior red. The wipers were showing bare metal.

Sounds like you have the cheap mods figured out then!
Back when I was into lowriders, we would use flatwashers on the wheel studs to figure out what wheel spacing would look good before ordering wheels or spacers, but that was only good for about an inch or so of adjustment. DO NOT drive with flatwashers as spacers though!
