Wider Vs Higher tires

but I decided it's not worth doing all of the above for an extra half inch of rubber lift Maybe later, I'll cut my fenders really serious to fit even bigger tires like 33x10.5/15, specially that mine is 2 doors too

From what i have heard so far, narrower tires are great for mud and road use. The reason that is, is because you have less friction between the road and you vehicle. Also the taller the tire, the easier it is to hold a higher speed while driving being that your RPM's dont need to sky rocket while trying to turn a smaller wheel more times...the way i worded that is probably horrible lol so i apologize, it is definitely easier to explain in person than typing

right now my k5 is getting horrible mpg as i have stock 3.42gears and 33x12.5x15r tires on. Once i change them to 4.10/4.11's i will see a noticeable difference in torque and mpg. either way the taller you go the more ground clearance so that may be the next thing to raise your eyebrows
