my son has a 2004 Trailblazer and we can't unlatch the rivers side seat cushion (from the floor) to lower the seat back all the way down. It seems like the side closest to the drivers door unlatches, but the second latch in the center won't unlatch when pulling on the strap. Pass side works fine. Any ideas??
