How to reply to a private message?

It might be my lack of computer skills but how do you reply to a private message????? An admin is trying to help me reactivate my old account but I don't see where to reply to his message

When you click on the message, at the bottom there should be a "quick reply" window or a reply button in the message window.

Similar to what you see here on a post.
