The rocker stud bosses have been machined and tapped for screw-in studs. These heads are the same as for the TPFI the little dome on top of the runners is for the injectors spraying to the valves.

modification of an old hydraulic lifter. left side is the assembly with a fixed piece of rod turned on the lathe, quick and dirty to have a second lifter to measure. this effectively makes it a solid lifter without the spring.

finished block, only thing left is hone to spec for the new pistons. no boring at this time. pistons are 0,002" over. less machining and i want all the wall strength if it comes to my mind to add a turbo or compressor.

a lot of room, nice at 0,500" valve lift. 1.62:1 rockers will definitively work

clay says - plenty of room at 0,500" valve lift. so it will wven work with 1,62:1 rocker arms in case i needed more lift. ;)
