Thanks swartlkk ill try itlater today. Right now i'm getting a vaccum at it while trying to select 4 HI. In your guys thread it tells me there is suppose to be no vaccum there or am I reading it wrong. Also getting 10 volts at the solenoid im sure thats is enough for it to operate properly.

 

There should be vacuum to the front axle actuator whenever 4HI, Auto4wd, or 4LO are selected. There will be no vacuum at the actuator when 2HI is selected.

There should always be vacuum to the vacuum solenoid on the firewall. Going from memory since I don't have a lot of time to search, I believe that the lowest port on the vacuum solenoid should go to the manifold vacuum source with the upper port going to the front axle actuator under the battery.

 

Well guys found the problem and the wife has her car back again. It turned out to be a broken wire in the vaccum solenoid on the fire wall in the bundle. One way you would get voltage and then mount it back up nothing happen simple wire replace. I would like to thank everybody with there help during the engine and all the other problems
