What type of problem are you having? Trouble with 4Hi, 4Lo, can you hear your solenoid when you press your button, does the button light up, etc.

I would try to keep everything in one thread from here on out. Folks check threads when they bounce to the top.

Maybe you've already done this, but I'd check the vacuum hoses themselves. Mainly the 5/32 vacuum hose running to the vacuum canistor. Look for cracks or worn through spots. If the vacuum line turns your hand black just touching it, it's rotten. The front axle on your vehicle has a vacuum controlled front axle acuator. Should be located under the battery. You'll notice a vacuum line running beyond the vacuum canistor ball, down below your battery. Somewhere along in there, check the connections, hose quality, etc. If you changed your cap and rotor, chances are you pushed on something elsewhere in the compartment as most people have to crawl in there to get back to the cap and rotor.

The 4 lo indicates your transfer case is functioning with your button. This leads me to believe the actuator isn't getting enough vacuum to funciton the actuator, the actuator is bad, or the cable going from the actuator to the front axle is having a problem.
