93 S10 Blazer A/C blower not running
Hey guys, I'm trying to fix the AC blower on my fiancee's Blazer but I seem to be getting no where. So far I've swapped the blower motor, resister and relay. What else am I missing? Symptoms are the AC condenser runs as I can feel a little cold air coming through the vents, but the motor simply doesn't run on any setting.
Thanks for the help

The actual control switch itself on the dash may be broke

Thanks I'll give it a look. I'm just hoping I don't have to rip up the entire dash to get to it.

im having the same problem now please let me know if you had to take the whole dash apart

typically dont have to rip the entire dash, just trim around the ac/radio controls, then 2 screws I think to remove the AC/Heat controls

There is a ground wire on the blower motor, make sure you hook it back up in the same spot. Make sure it has a good ground.

Yes, there are 2 screws under the heater control pod. If you have power mirrors, you will have to remove the 2 screws that hold that switch in place and let it hang loose.
Then pull the pod down and out. You will have just enough room to get to the switch on top. Don`t forget to pull the little **** straight off first. Then you can unplug the 4 wire connector to get to the 2 screws that hold it in. The one on the bottom is not easy to get back in. Have a magnet handy to retrieve it when it falls! Good luck.

Have you checked the purple wire that goes to the blower for power? I'd start there and work backwards. The relay is kinda interesting on how it's hooked up but you should have some power to the motor regardless of switch position. Voltmeter real handy here. By the way, on HI the power doesn't run through the resistor.
