I have a hard time hearing my pump anyways and it works. Take the sensor off the top of the plenum, it's 2 hex screws and look into the intake and see if there is fuel, or it smells like fuel, or one sice is clean and shinny and the other dirty. Try searching spider injector in this forum because 9 times out of 10 the injector regulator is bad. Otherwise your you pump is probably bad and just to double check you can get a fuel pressure guage with a schrader attachment and make sure your getting fuel to the rail at all. harbor freight has then for $20.

I would check voltage at the pump, to see if the pump is just shot. Then, check the fuel relay (should be under the hood someplace). After that, see if energizing the "pump test wire" forces the pump to run. There should be a single-wire connector hanging in your engine bay that is for this purpose.
