Default can you jumper the 4hi/4lo connections to bypass switch?

Well, I finally was able to reach the TCCM and am getting power to the TCCM. I am getting power to wires that go to the switch on the dash, but there are no lights on the actual switch itself.

There are 5 wires that plug into the switch:

The middle wire is hot (12v). So does anyone know how to safely jump the other wires to see if it goes to 4hi or 4lo?
