Default couple of probs

Alright, first off I love this site! I've had 3 blazers and this is the first site to go to when it comes to a question! So, with that said...... My dashlights are out on my 1993 Blazer and I can't seem to figure out where to start. It's an analog (non digital) cluster, and all of the gauges are not lighting. I've checked the circuit and fuse, but nothing! So, now it's all about how to get those bulbs changed............ Anyone done this?

Secondly, the guy that owned my blazer before me lowered it 3 inches. The rear end gives off a "whinning sound", and it isn't fading. I've had the truck 2 years (and has been making this sound since) and just never kinda want to tackle this, but it's got to be figured out. The pumpkin is full of lube and I added some not to long ago. It isn't leaking at all! So....... could this be a bearing or something?

Haha, no the dimmer isn't turned down. Done played with it, after changing fuses! How can you tell if the U joints are bad, before I try figuring out how to angle the rear end? Thanks for the early reply!

Cool, thanks for the help guys! There's a small clunk in the transmission when you shift from P to D, but I couldn't tell if it was the mount or maybe a u joint. Also, if I am just cruising through the neighborhood and stomp the gas you can hear it "clunk"........

Anyways, so no one's ever changed their bulbs in the analog dash before?
