The rebuilding of the TBI throttle body should be pretty straight forward. As you take things apart, just note where they go. I would think that the kit would come with instructions as well... But I notice now that most of these kits do not include instructions...

I gave you the run-down on rebuilding the injectors in the PM I sent you but forgot to mention 1 thing...it's a generic rebuild kit that has a few different gaskets you won't use, when you take it apart try and remove the old ones and set them aside then go through the kit and pick out the ones that match. Same goes for the O rings.. a few different sizes but only a couple that you'll use. When I was done there were more left over parts from the kit than what I ended up using. Like was mentioned before, it's easier than you think..just don't over-torque any of the screws or get too aggressive cleaning the mating surfaces for the gaskets..the aluminum is pretty soft.

Thanks for the help guys, i got the rebuild done! It took about an hour and was very straightforward. It idles great and runs through the gears like a dream. The spray from the injectors is incredibly perfect, i was amazed that it would get that good.

The only thing now is when i get midway thru a gear, if i disengage the clutch and put it in neutral, it wants to stall. Did i knock something out of adjustment when the TB was disassembled?
