front end noise

Default front end noise

I have mostly rebuilt the front end on a 1993 s10 blazer 4wd new tie rod ends, new tie rods, new ball joints upper and lower, new shocks ,new upper control arm bushings, new sway bar bushings new brakes had it aligned and it still makes a clunking sound when I hit bumps or up the driveway or potholes alignment shop says they don't know what it is. anybody have any ideas?

ever check the body mounts on the front of the cab or rad support?

Open your hood and grab each corner of it. Flex it back and forth and see if your clunk is in there. There is a hood washer in the hinge that is apparently bad for going on 2nd gens...not sure about 1st gens, but it's worth a try?. Mine is gone in my truck too. It drove me nuts lol, I thought for sure it was something in the door panel or front end, but all along it was a stupid washer in the hood bracket.

the hinges are different on the 1st gen's Sisk, but i know what you mean about hard to pinpoint noises.
