has any 1 used this stuff before ?

yea it is less then 5 ohms every thing on the passenger side is less then 5 ohms
I tryed the defrost again and the wire got real hot
it think i need to check for shorts
I give for tonight =(
the passenger side body wire is an ground right ?

If resistance checks good, like you said, it might just be a poor connection AT the strut.
To make sure which is positive and which is ground, unplug both connectors, turn on the defroster, one side will show battery voltage, the other will show ground.

I found this

apparently the ground is the wire that is heating up

The ground wire must be the same, or preferrably larger than, the positive wire. The ground wire needs to carry the load of the defroster to ground. If it's smaller, or has a poor connection, it will heat up.
EDIT: After looking at the schematic, here's something you can try....
Unplug the passenger side connector. Hold the black probe of your Fluke to ground, touch the red probe to the tab on the glass on the driver side.... resistance again, should be less than 5 ohms.

ok i just started working on the truck again
I checked the resistance and its over 5 ohms now i have no power any where
every thing else works and i cant find a fuse

EDIT: This will check the ground that is available to the grid.

ok i will try that
i checked the fuses and every things good I hear the relay click so that must be good
Imma go unplug the passenger side body wire and test it like you said
Edit: k i tested the passenger side body wire (ground) to the tab on the window and it shows 66.6 ohms
when i tested it it was unplugged from the strut
Edit 2: I played with the switch and the light one go on I dont got any power by the glass
i checked the fuses and there all good
I hear the relay click
Im very angry =( its cold and its starting to snow

Start checking resistance in the strut, then the wire from the strut to the body ground. You're looking for a loose connection, or a partially broken wire. It will not be real obvious because there is some continuity, you might have to wiggle connections/wires when checking resistance.
EDIT: This will test for ground problems, once that is repaired, then we'll move on the positive.

i connected the ground to the strut and i checked all the connections and the tab on the passenger side and i got 0.5 ohms on every thing
I think imma pull the rear panels off to see whats going on in there
The tiny led on the switch wont light up any more and i still not getting power in the back
