hood wont open without two people

Default RE: hood wont open without two people
use some carberator cleaner on the latch and it will remove all of the grime and grease.... when it dries off, hose the latch with spray lithium grease... it wont wash off wher rain water hits it like penetrating oil or wd40 will.... i just fixed my friends the other day.... carb cleaner does a great job with removing that crap..lol
