Default how do you replace a 1992 oil cooler lines with external oil filter

have a 1992 blazer s10 4x4 with an external oil filter. need to replace oil cooler lines. looking for any information on how to replace. have the parts and wondering if the differential needs to be removed in order to replace lines.

i would also like to know if there is a walkthru or someone who has done it could make a small write up it would be a great one to have
