A) Junkyard
B) Dealership
Those are the only places I can think of that would have a matching set. I know at work (AutoZone), we sell the door and rear key cylinders, but they wouldn't match. You'd have keys for the left, right, and rear.

Junk yard is your best bet.
I bought a '91 S10-Blazer for parts. One of the parts I took off of it was the door locks and rear tailgate lock. They come out pretty easy. There is a slide on clip inside the door that you need to remove and the lock comes out. Disconnect it from the lever (don't lose the connector). By far the hardest was the tailgate lock. That was because my tailgate was shut and I didn't have a key to open it. Took a bit, but I figured out how to get the trim piece off and then the lock. When you do pull the lock from the junk yard truck, take the rear gate inside trim piece. You might destroy the one in your truck trying to get it out.
There are 2 screws on each end at the top of the gate, plus screws below the floor trim piece, which you cannot get to becuase the door is closed. If your gate can open, no problems, however if it is closed.... get the junk yard rear gate trim piece just in case.

RE: I need locks
Try www.classicindustries.com or www.yearone.com. They have almost everything for these trucks.

RE: I need locks
Yeah I forgot the door locks come in pairs with matching keys. My fault bro, didn't mean to be misleading.
