Default mechanical speedometer

I want to swap out my stock mechanical speedometer with an aftermarket one. Is there anything I need to know before buying one, or are they all the same? The particular one I'm eyeballing is a 1 for 1 autometer mechanical speedo.

They should all be the same. Every one I have ever messed with is a 1:1.
