Oil Cooler

My '94 has the lines from the remote filter mount on the fender to the driver side tank of the radiator I can only assume it came from the factory this way ... perhaps due to the fleet vehicle RPO code? (it was purchased new by ohio edison and remained there until I purchased it at an ohio edison vehicle auction)

Mine has the factory oil cooler too (1st gen 94) and if I keep the thing I'm going to redesign the whole system from the bottom of the engine (O/F adapter) and run a remote oil cooler with a lot better connections than GM offered. Some giys have already done this on their adapter to oil filter lines. If your truck is running OK don't give yourself more headaches.
